About the Author
Dr. Chet Rispoli has a doctorate in health counseling and forty years' experience in helping people achieve career success and satisfaction.
He has directed career development departments at Temple University, the Community College of Philadelphia, and Spring Garden College, as well as served as coordinator of cooperative education at Drexel University. He has assisted thousands of people through career assessments and advising, workshops and seminars, and college courses.
Rispoli has also served as the employment manager at RCA and consulted on career development for a variety of organizations, including AstraZeneca, Meridian Bank, Bethlehem Steel, and the US Department of Health and Human Services.
His doctorate in health counseling drives his unique holistic approach to career planning. With a keen understanding of how occupational well-being is an integral part of a person's overall health, he also works with clients in the associated areas of stress management and work-life balance.
